That is why at Reliance Medical Centers we have an organized transportation system where we can provide you complimentary round-trip, non-emergency transportation to ensure you can receive your regular checkups and the preventive care to keep you healthy.
Our transportation services cover patients who live up to 20 miles from their nearest Reliance location in Lakeland or Winter Haven and 10 miles from our Tampa location. Each vehicle is outfitted for emergencies with safety equipment and first aid kits, plus auto-lifts to accommodate wheelchairs.
Our shuttles can be used for doctor appointments, Wellness Club activities, medical massage appointments and the Resource Center. Those considering Reliance as future patient members can utilize our transportation for consideration tours.
