A Healthcare Success Story in Polk County, Reliance Medical Centers Expands to Tampa Bay

Our new center, Reliance Medical Centers Tampa Lowry Park is open! We are excited to celebrate our milestone five year anniversary this summer with the opening of our newest center. This grand opening will welcome new physicians, new care management employees, new services and new patients looking to receive reinvented Primary Care. This new location doubles Reliance Medical Centers ability to treat patients using our unique brand of elevated healthcare.

Our new medical center in Tampa is an existing doctor’s office that has been newly renovated and will convert to Reliance Medical Centers. Current patients of the previous medical office will have continuous care without disruption, as they will now be part of the Reliance patient roster. The new doctor’s office has more than 12,000 square feet and boasts enough space for two complete Care Focus Teams.

The center will adapt to the Reliance model of amenities and services and will offer more than routine doctor appointments but also a Wellness Club, transportation shuttle service, Resource Center, Brain Health Assessment in collaboration with the University of South Florida, dental, optometry and more. This is all part of the no-cost services for Medicare Advantage enrollees on select insurance plans including Humana, CarePlus, Simply, Devoted and others.

In addition to our June 6th opening of Tampa Lowry Park, we are looking forward to opening a new location in Central Lakeland within a mile of Lakeland Regional Hospital with an expected opening date of December 2022.
